We adhere to the quality of processes, services and information security according to three ISO standards

Client satisfaction and the quality of our products and services is our top priority. One of the tools we use to evaluate quality is the ISO certificate, so/therefore the company currently holds three valid certificates confirming the quality of key processes, technical support and information security.

Quality certificate, according to the ISO 9001 standards, updated in 2018 to ISO 9001:2015, was first acquired by YMS in 2005 and since then we have been renewing it in regular three-year recertification cycles. The subjects of certification according to ISO 9001:2015 standards are the following key areas: implementing designs of comprehensive object oriented IT solutions, project management, providing consulting, analytical and advisory services, development of specialized systems and professional integration of technical information systems, research and development in the field of natural, technical, social and human sciences.

Quality certificate, according to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standards, was first acquired by YMS in 2018, and it concerns the quality of provided technical support and services for further development of solutions that we supply to our clients. The subjects of certification according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standards are the following key areas: providing comprehensive maintenance services, service and technical support for software applications in order to maintain their functionality, including third party maintenance for the company;s contract customers.

Quality certificate, according to the ISO 27001:2013 standards, the so-called information security management system, was first acquired by YMS in 2018, to verify the quality of information security and the management of risks that this information could potentially bring. We implemented it in order to focus on the security of our and our clients’ data, given that we process systems and databases of public and private companies. The subject of certification according to ISO 27001:2013 is the same as for the 9001 standard.
