Ing. Mikulas Szapu, Chairman of the Board, represents company owners. For more than 10 years he managed the company in the position of General Manager.
Ing. Lucia Dubna, Deputy Chairman of the Board, since 2010, since 2009 she is Financial and Controlling Director.
Ing. Milan Kanya, MBA, Member of the Boars, since 2016 he is General Manager. Before accepting the position he worked in YMS as Business Development Director since 2007.
Board of Supervisors YMS, a.s.
Ing. Mikulas Szapu sr. founded the company in October 1990. He worked in the energy sector and was familiar with the challenges that companies administering large territories and complex technologies face. His idea to map infrastructure electronically and make them accessible via coordinates was succesfull and in 2020, YMS will celebrate 30 years in business.
Ing. Eva Szapuova is an enterpreneur in economic consulting and accounting. Later she worked for a large IT distribution company. She is part of the Board of Supervisors since companywas founded.
Bc. Michaela Demovicova after university graduation worked for YMS in a management position, currently oversees its performance as member of the Supervisory board.
