Father and Son
Mikulas Szapu Sr. founded the company in 1990. A few years later he invited his son, at that time a university student, to co-manage the company. Early introduction to business served him well and years of managing the company sharpened his business skills so that he knew exactly where to direct the company. „Father created the company from the beginning to provide professional services — digitalisation, mapping. I widened the portfolio and set the orientation to quality and reliability,” expresses the overall company strategy younger Mikulas, whi led the company as General Manager for more than a decade and now serves as Director of the Board.

Professional Team
Family management gradually surrounded itself with a strong team of professionals, highly qualified people, of whom one third has been with the company for more than 10 years. This team creates and develops solutions for clients in areas that are most important for client business, on which the whole business functions. „We  re experts in our clients business. For example, when working for gas companies, our people understand gas business and could easily work for them. They publish articles in professional magasines, present on professional conferences. And being an IT company, we propose solutions that make clients business more effective using modern technology,“ introduces the company team YMS General Manager, Milan Kanya.

Just like with our solutions, our team honors the same principles – reliability, helpfulness and humanity. “The company culture is defined clearly and new people must fit theteam not only with their professionality, but also with their characters.
