At the beginning of the year 2021 we once again confirmed that we adhere to the three ISO quality and safety standards at the recertification audit, regarding the quality of key managerial processes, technical support and information security.

The audit was concerned with all three standards, it was incredibly consistent, in many areas very thorough and we passed without any identified discrepancies. The auditor identified only miniscule practical ideas for improvement and highlighted several areas in which we have a higher standard and are better than comparable companies in the market. The auditor rated especially high the condition of our interior infrastructure and overall security, which is extraordinarily important at this time, when most of our work and client services occur in virtual space,” evaluated the technical director of YMS, Marek Ivaňák the results of the comprehensive audit.
A strategic orientation on quality has over the years brought us many benefits in regards to the relationship we have with our clients, employees and partners but especially to the relationship we have with our products and services. We will therefore continue on the path we are taking to increase our quality culture. “We chose a difficult niche area in information technology – technical and geospatial systems. We create and manage key software systems and applications for our clients, which they use to provide services to their own clients, which is why they have to work securely and reliably 24/7. This is why we continue to raise the bar higher and higher, we implement system measures, new technical standards and we participate in top research and development,” says the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mikuláš Szapu.
Client satisfaction and the quality of our products and services are our highest priority since our founding in the year 1990. Since 2005 we hold a valid certificate of quality managerial processes under standards ISO 9001, in 2018 we updated to ISO 9001:2015. Also in 2018 we added a certificate according to standards from ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 for technical support and ISO 27001:2013 for information security.
