April, 2018 –
Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of Slovak Republic prolonged the Certificate for YMS Certificate of Competence to Conduct Research and Development, which the company received in 2015.
Updated certificate is valid for the upcoming 5 years, until 2024. The certificate makes team YMS eligible to apply for financial resources from the state budget for research and development projects.
YMS regularly participates in projects that bring innovation and new work methods. The largest implemented intention of YMS and professional partners to date are advanced analyses of data using outputs from airborne laser scanning of the Earth surface (LiDAR). Most interesting were uncovering of new architectural structures in Molpir, Smolenice or identification of areas with the danger of landslides in Vratna.
